By accessing the Rover & Belle platform and joining the Inner Circle, you enter a community built on mutual respect and artisanal appreciation.
This pre-launch site is intended for informational and marketing purposes. Your engagement with our platform constitutes an agreement to be bound by these terms in accordance with Canadian law.
The Inner Circle and Seasonal Gifts
Membership in the Inner Circle is a complimentary engagement. As a member, you may be eligible to receive a birth month gift for your companion.
Gifts may be digital or physical at our sole discretion. Physical fulfillment is limited to one per household and restricted to Canadian shipping addresses.
Gifts are triggered by the birth month provided at sign-up. We cannot guarantee fulfillment for details provided after a birth month has commenced.
Intellectual Property
The Rover & Belle name, logo, digital boutique design, and all original storytelling—including the characters of Rover and Belle—are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.
Access to this platform is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or theft of creative assets is strictly prohibited.
Eligibility and Governance
By registering, you represent that you have attained the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence.
Rover & Belle provides this pre-launch experience on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, we are not liable for technical interruptions or delayed delivery of promotional materials.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canadian courts.
